I love color, contrast, and the absurd. Since about 2016, I've developed paintings based on my drawings of animals - which begin as realistic, and become less and less so as I think about what wisdom that animal transmits. Or what I need that animal painting to say on my behalf.

My depictions of people have shifted from collage to stencil, from stencil to hand drawn to digital, over the last decade or so.

I began painting acrylic abstracts for fun. I then avoided then for a decade. Now that I own an iPad, I'm having fun with digital abstracts.
