I have practiced hatha and kundalini yoga since 1998, and have meditated daily since 2018. Over the years my practice has shifted - from the physical vigor and performance of vinyasa, power, and hot asana, to an inner appreciation and yearning for the community, philosophy and ancient wisdom transmitted through this form of moving meditation. Yoga is a simple but powerful tool to build and nurture our mind-body connection, clearing our channels to receive the wisdom of our intuition. I humbly guide practices to re-discover the center, and to re-connect with Self.

1:1 Sessions
Let's practice together! We'll take the time to explore different styles of yoga, to see what works for your constitution and schedule. You'll be ready to enter a studio with confidence, or integrate this act of self-care into your daily routine.

Private Events
For groups of 3 or larger, let's practice and learn together. Smaller groups allow us to work as a collective, talking through modifications and poses, and supporting each other in our goals.

I am a 450-hour certified yoga teacher as well as a former public classroom educator, bringing decades of experience as an instructor / observant supporter of my students.
I teach kundalini and yin at Frog Spirit Studio in SW Portland.
