I have practiced hatha and kundalini yoga since 1998, and have meditated daily since 2018. Over the years my practice has shifted - from the physical vigor and performance of vinyasa, power, and hot asana, to an inner appreciation and yearning for the community, philosophy and ancient wisdom transmitted through this form of moving meditation. Yoga is a simple but powerful tool to build and nurture our mind-body connection, quieting the mind so that we may better hear our intuition, and so care deeply for our authentic needs. I guide practices to re-discover the center, and to re-connect with Self.

I received my first certification from Yoga Refuge in Portland, Oregon (200 hours, taught by Danielle Clothier and Heather Smith). I am studying Kundalini with Brett Larkin and Guru Singh (250 hours by March 2026).
